18 years ago, the Phoenix Challenge Foundation introduced a higher level College Competition to build student confidence and knowledge of the graphics and flexo industry from a business supporting perspective. This year’s event will be held in Kansas City, Missouri. Since its inception, the program has exposed thousands of students to the industry and more than 600 are gainfully employed in various roles.

For more than 28 years, the Phoenix Challenge Foundation has been building and promoting the sole mission, To provide access, support, competition, and scholarships for the students who are pursuing education and careers in flexography and graphic arts. College Challenge students, through the support of the Foundation, provide access to students to become productive employees across converter and supplier companies across the label and package printing industry.
